Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover shop time reserved for your vehicle. ​ Diagnostic Fees Diagnostic and inspection fees cover the technician's time and equipment use and are non-refundable once the diagnostic work has been performed, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the recommended repair. ​ Completed Services Because labor is a service, not a physical good, completed repair and calibration work is non-refundable once performed. If you believe a repair was not completed correctly or to the agreed specification, contact us within 30 days of service completion so we can inspect the vehicle and make it right under our workmanship guarantee (see below). ​ Deposits Deposits collected for parts orders, custom builds, or scheduled ADAS calibration slots are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment, as parts may already be ordered or shop time already reserved. ​ Cancelled or Unfinished Work If you cancel a repair mid-process, you will be billed for labor performed and any non-returnable parts already installed or ordered up to that point. Any remaining balance on a deposit will be refunded. ​ Workmanship Guarantee We stand behind our labor. If a repair fails due to workmanship error within the warranty period stated on your invoice, we will correct it at no additional labor charge. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing conditions, unrelated failures, or damage caused by improper use after service.
